Naptime.

24. November 2007

Alltag

Having a temperature, headache, aching limbs, earache and a coryza. What cheek!

I’m sitting here, with 38° C (100,4° F). Everything hurts. The power of my body has gone and I’m absolutely tired. Although the weather is getting warmer, I feel like someone who slept a week out in the snow.

Now, I’m alone at home. My family is resettling my sister. She doesn’t want to go back to that apartement where her son died. And therefore she will live in an apartement at my grandmother’s house. I should help my family. But what shall I do. Every move hurts, it’s unbelievable. If I look up and down, my eyes hurt too.

I think it would be better, if I laid down immediately. But I want to write something on every different blog I have. And now, I’m looking into the Eternal Sunshine Of My Spotless Mind. I love to watch the development of that blog. It’s getting better and better. My French blog has teething troubles, but I don’t abandon hope.

The wonderful voice of Maria Mena in my ears, searching for something like hunger. But nothing happens. I’ll lay me down. Turn on the TV and watch all that senseless series. It’s good to be alone at home, so I can choose the channel.

Well, and I hope that I’m the only one, who is ill. It isn’t a good feeling, believe me. And I’m not able to understand why I always fall ill at the beginning of the weekend. Life’s unfair, isn’t it? And now, one last question: Is an American clinical thermometer with Fahrenheit or with Celsius? And well, now it’s … naptime!

Sorry, being sick really isn’t a good feeling.
I hope you get better soon.

The best thing to do now is to listen to music that soothes the soul or watch TV in a very quiet environment. You definitely do not need noise.

    Get well soon.

  2. Fahrenheit.

And I hope that you get better soon. I, too, am battling being sick.

  3. Thank you, whispered sweet for that information. The funny thing about that is, that water boils by 100° Celsius :-) … no no, maybe it’s only funny for me. :D

And thank you, Oracle. I think, I’m getting better today.
