Find. The Answer.

21. August 2007

Listening to the radio. And blogging. These are my duties here in Bad Goisern. Well, okay … today, the job is a little bit more interesting and exhausting. At 8 o’clock I’ve to drive to Bad Ischl, helping in the station of the Volkshilfe there. Volkshilfe is the place, where I have to do my community service. It’s the Austrian spin-off of the European NGO “Solidar“. But normale this job isn’t very exciting.

Blame It On The Weather Man?

Well, I think that I haven’t any reasons to blame the weather man. It’s a sunny and enjoyable warm day here in Austria. Although there could be storms in the east and the west of my homeland. The good thing of my community service is, that I’ve very much spare time this week. I even have a day off. Because they’ll have a works outing, I haven’t go to Bad Goisern at Friday. Dreaming of quiet sleep, I’ve to admit, that I won’t take a break. I’ll have my fun at the Bock Mas!, the small music-festival, what about I’ve written yesterday. I hope the weather remains the same.

Austrian Teamwork

The most important radio-station oe3 and the red cross started today the project “Team Österreich” (Team Austria). Everybody can join that project, and if it comes to a catastrophy, you will be contacted. And then you can decide, if you are able to help voluntarily. I think that’s a wonderful idea and it shows the helpfulness of the Austrians again. Since … I think ten minutes I’m a proud member auf the Team Austria.

Lucky Dominik

Well, now I’ll talk about something, I shouldn’t do. I love to play computergames. Although I haven’t any new games, my collection grows and grows. And now, I don’t know why, I was selected to win the new game “Jack Keane”, one of the best point’n'click-adventures since a long time. It was developed by the German developer “Deck 13″ (which are known for the game “Ankh”) and it’s published by the 10tacle Studius (e.g. Trackmania). I’m looking forward to the day, when the postman will bring me the game. You must know … I love adventures.  Well, thanks to the Austrian newspaper “Salzburger Nachrichten”. And that’s a wonderful thing for having a reason to quit this bloggin’-session, isn’t it?
